As a YDBG certified Transformation Coach, she teaches clients how to live from B.A.L.A.N.C.E.—aligning fitness, lifestyle, and consciousness to build a life of principle-centered success. Her coaching is unapologetically data-driven and deeply personal. She helps clients link their habits to their self worth, extract meaning from their blind spots, and integrate the mindset of True Independence and beyond.
Nancy is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and Johnson & Wales University, and past Treasurer of Phi Sigma Sigma sorority. Today, she continues to serve as a mentor, culture-builder, and stand for men and women —on and off the scoreboard. Nancy and her husband Bill Jamison, live in Atlanta, GA with their two sons and two cats, Chewbacca & Vinny.
