About Chanda Leigh Adeogba

Chanda Leigh brings over 30 years of experience in teaching, interpersonal communication skills, and performance coaching to guide clients on their journey to true independence. As a Certified Balance Lifestyle Coach and Transformation Specialist, Chanda is passionately committed to helping clients heal from limiting beliefs and move from Codependence to True Independence using the YDBG’s inspirators: love, accountability and balance.

A devoted student and graduate of the YourDay Balance Game, Chanda leads with grace, openness, and unwavering presence. Her approach is rooted in principle, grounded in compassion, and guided by a deep trust in the body’s wisdom and the soul’s timing. She embodies the art of balanced living, creating space for healing, growth, and aligned transformation.

Alongside her husband, Day Adeogba—the architect of the YourDay Balance Game—Chanda has inspired many to awaken to their highest expression. They live in Atlanta, GA, with their three children: Kennedy (20), Tristan (16), and Issa (15).
