About Erica Strayhorn

Erica Strayhorn has over 10 years of expertise as a therapist and mental health and wellness coach. Erica has a strong background in supporting families, couples, and individuals to heal themselves from the inside out.

As a YDBG Player Success Coach, she ensures that clients are connected to the YDBG 2D Independence Program through authentic and loving support built on accountability to guide them to True Independence.

Erica is a graduate of North Carolina State University and Mercer University. Erica and her husband Anthony Strayhorn, live in Atlanta, GA with their daughter, Ava.
