To the woman who finds herself waking up in the middle of her life—with a deep, unmistakable fire in her belly and tears that seem to arise from a place older than memory—this message is for you.
You are not too much.
You are not too emotional, too sensitive, too loud, too messy, too complex, too demanding, too intense, or too big.
You are a woman in the process of remembering her original design—before the conditioning, before the compromises, before the exhaustion. In a culture that has long profited from your doubt, benefits from your quiet compliance, your second guessing and your spiritual disconnection, your awakening is not only sacred—it is a radical act of Love. A spiritual firestarter.
This is the moment when you no longer shrink to fit or apologize to soothe. This is the moment you begin to honor your essence, not just explain your existence.
The Midlife Reclamation
For many years, I lived in the performance game. I played the roles. I believed that keeping the peace meant keeping myself small.
Yet life has a way of showing us what’s possible.
When my husband and I chose to commit to our self mastery work, my world cracked open. Everything I thought was solid dissolved, and I had to face the terrifying truth: I had spent years (decades) living out of alignment with myself, completely codependent. That journey inspired opportunity after opportunity —keep abandoning myself, or find my authentic voice.
Between the parenting, the caregiving, the business, the emails, the marital dynamics, and the morning rituals I ‘hoped’ would keep me sane, it was there… you’ve likely felt it…that low rumble of something beginning to crack open beneath the surface.
And despite what the world may suggest, this is not your undoing.
It’s not a breakdown. It’s a breakthrough.
You are not falling apart. You are falling inward, into the deepest, clearest version of yourself.
And so…I chose to rise. I chose to remember.
That journey led me from codependence to true independence—and with practice and my coaches, to interdependence. And that character fitness arc wasn’t just mine. Over the years, I’ve coached dozens of women (and men) through their own moments of codependence to clarity.
Midlife is not a crisis. It is a crossroads. And if you are brave enough to choose it consciously, it becomes a consecration—an expansion of your next, more integrated self.
This is the turning point where you stop performing for your worth and start living from it. Because the truth is, you are—and always have been—priceless.
Reclaiming Voice, Worth, and Power
The old game was about pleasing, producing, and performing.
The new game is about presence. It’s about being fully here. With your intuition turned on. With your body as a compass, not a battleground. With your voice unfiltered by fear.
You begin to trust your Self as sacred data, your joy as affirmation, your no as an immovable standard, your yes as full-body activation.
YDBG: A Practice of Coming Home
In the YourDay Balance Game, we teach that emotional mastery is spiritual maturity. That fitness isn’t just about your body; it’s about your life force.
And this reclamation you’re in? It’s about power. But not the kind you force. The kind you source.
YourDay offers a daily rhythm, a reflection mirror, and a sacred container for women like you—women who are remembering who they are and choosing to live awake.
Here, we don’t coach you to shrink. We coach you to shine.
We play the game of character fitness: building trust in yourself by honoring your word to your body, your energy, your truth.
You don’t have to do this alone. Yet you do have to say yes.
Core Truths.
I’m not just writing to you. I am you.
I’ve lived the unraveling of codependency. I’ve stood in front of women and men, shaking, while surrendering to the feedback, reclaiming my faith and standing for my voice. And I’ve supported many brilliant, burnt-out, brave humans rebuild their lives from that same sacred space of remembering who they are independent of anyone and anything else.
You are possibly at your own crossroads where you could be shedding roles, masks, or marriages. If you are here, you likely:
· Crave depth, not performance.
· Are tired of chasing everyone else’s approval.
· Are done outsourcing your inner authority.
· Want to feel radiant in your body and real in your relationships.
You’re requesting rituals that nourish, not rules that shame. You’re requesting a community that mirrors your greatness, not your guilt. You’re requesting a space that honors your divinity, not your doing.
You’re requesting your life to feel like you.
You Are the Fire
You are not too much. You are just now becoming uncontainable.
You are not lost. You are in a sacred transition.
You are not broken. You are breaking open.
And when it gets hard—when your voice shakes, when the old patterns scream, when the world gaslights you into forgetting—remember:
This is the part where you rise. This is the part where you choose trust over trauma. This is the part where you play the Game, not to win anyone else’s approval, but to reclaim your own.
A Love Letter and a Challenge
So here’s the invitation:
Don’t dial it down. Don’t spiritual-bypass your fury. Don’t numb out your knowing.
Breathe. Speak. Move.
And if you’re ready, come play.
You’ll meet women just like you. And you’ll meet the woman you were always meant to be.
She’s been waiting. She is you.
And I love YOU!
