Your GameDay is a personal fitness assessment that covers the “4 quarters” of fitness, and helps you understand your margin.

Each GameDay costs $250, to be paid before the date of the GameDay. Your GameDay will last approximately 2 hours and will be officiated by a certified YourDay GameDay Officiator.
The GameDay assessment is to be taken every 90 days, in order for you to stay current with your score.
Payment is done directly on the scheduler above. In order to confirm your GameDay day and time you will be prompted to complete your payment. We accept all major credit cards and payments are processed through Stripe.
No, the cost of travel and lodging is not covered in your GameDay payment.
